What happens after the eligibility period?
We can’t accept returns or refunds after 14 calendar days have passed. If you try to make a return, we’ll send it back to you, and you’ll need to pay for the delivery costs.
Returning the item

For damaged item(s) or wrong product(s), please provide the necessary photos/video evidence via email or WhatsApp to prove the above scenario(s), we’ll cover the costs of shipping your item back to us.

For return reasons like (i) change of mind and/or (ii) purchase the wrong item, you may have to bear the costs of shipping your item back to us.
Kindly take note that refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
